1. Services Provided
Mr. Geronimo Lux provides professional chauffeur and private transportation services across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, including airport transfers and pre-scheduled rides.
All services are pre-booked only and subject to availability.
2. Booking, Hold Fee & Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website or approved channels.
- A $50 hold fee is required to secure your reservation and will be deducted from the total fare.
- The remaining balance will be charged in full prior to or at the time of service.
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
- A booking confirmation will be provided once your reservation is completed.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- If cancellation is made within 24 hours, the full amount will be charged.
- No-shows will be charged the full fare.
4. Waiting Time & Fees
- Airport pickups include up to 1 hour of complimentary waiting time.
- After the first hour, $70 will be charged for additional waiting time.
- For non-airport pickups, a grace period may be provided at the driver’s discretion.
5. Additional Charges
The following additional fees may apply:
- Extra stop: $60 per stop
- Heavy or extra-large luggage: $30 per item
- Child seat (if required): $50 per seat
- Extended waiting time or special requests may incur additional charges
All applicable charges will be added to the final bill.
6. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Rules
To maintain a clean, safe, and luxury environment, the following rules are strictly enforced:
- No smoking inside the vehicle - No consumption of hot food - No drugs or illegal substances
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the ride without refund, and additional cleaning or damage fees may be charged if applicable.
7. Cleaning & Damage Fees
- Any excessive mess, spills, or damage caused by passengers will result in a cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500, depending on severity.
- This includes (but is not limited to) vomit, liquid spills, stains, or interior damage.
- The card on file may be charged accordingly.
8. Flight Tracking & Delays
- For airport pickups, we monitor incoming flights to adjust pickup times accordingly.
- Delays caused by airlines will be accommodated within reasonable limits.
- Complimentary waiting time (1 hour) begins after the flight has landed.
- Additional waiting time beyond this will be charged as stated in Section 4.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- By booking with Mr. Geronimo Lux, you agree to all Terms & Conditions stated herein.
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid reason or without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of these terms.
- We reserve the right to provide all booking records, confirmations, GPS logs, and communication history to financial institutions to dispute chargebacks.
- Fraudulent disputes may result in additional action and refusal of future service.
10. Luggage & Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their belongings at all times.
Mr. Geronimo Lux is not liable for lost, damaged, or forgotten items.
11. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to provide punctual and reliable service:
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for missed flights, events, or appointments.
12. Service Area
We primarily operate within New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Services outside these areas may be available upon request.
13. Privacy
All personal information is handled securely and used only for booking and service purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as necessary to process payments or provide services.
14. Modifications
Mr. Geronimo Lux reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
